London to Paris · 25 August 2011

Over 100,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Updated - Monday 29th Aug

Thanks to you all for your kind donations to our charities.

We all had a fantastic time cycling over 230 miles from London to Paris - the weather was not so good to us but we never let it dampen our spirit.

The hills and the lack of sleep were tough but the sight of the finish line with friends and family cheering us on as we cycled round the Arc De Triomphe -  twice -  was very emotional for us all.

THANKS AGAIN

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are raising money for the MS Society by riding our Road Bikes 200 miles across the channel ( well we go on a Ferry as our bikes are no good underwater !)

Both of our charities are very worthy causes so it would be great if you could have one less treat this week and donate the money to our charities instead :-)

If you give us at least £10 I will send you a photo of Derek and Andrew in their lycra shorts however if you give us £20 I won't !!

Andrews Charity Bubbles is a childrens charity working to save the lives of babies and children born without an immune system

For Derek and I  we are supporting The MS Society Scotland provide help and support to those affected by Multiple Sclerosis - Around 10,500 people in Scotland have MS
