I am fundraising for the Royal National Lifeboats Institution, a charity that saves lives at sea. They provide a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service around the coasts of the UK and RoI, as well as a seasonal lifeguard service on many of the busiest beaches in England and Wales. 

I am doing this in memory of my dad, who lost his life last year in a sailing accident. I believe that an organised safety infrastructure is necessary for sports like sailing.

However, RNLI does not receive any government funding and is fully reliant on donations to operate. Please join me to support this charity.
