On Sunday 25th July I will be taking part in the Tough Guy Challenge.

This is not just a race.

As well as a race against time and other entrants, the course involves razor wire, flames, diving through mud, narrrow tunnels and freezing water - and thats just the start of it!

I will be raising money for Kidsgloves - a London based charity whose purpose is to broaden the awareness and understanding of opportunities available to economically disadvantaged young people by bringing together schools city professionals and sports people to provide a network for success.

Please dig deep people for this worthy cause!
