Two years ago I had a back injury which resulted in a herniated disc. I had the disc removed and was left with a fair amount of nerve damage; Cauda Equina Syndrome. CES is a rare condition that affects the nerves that provide function to everything below the waist.

I was in pretty crap shape, but luckily I recovered quickly and I'm stronger than before! However, others are not as fortunate and are struggling, so on the 7th of May I will be doing Tough Mudder for those who cannot.

Any donations are greatly appreciated as lots of cases are misdiagnosed and many doctors aren't aware of the symptoms.

This is also something incredibly close to my heart, so thank you!
