This September I am completing 30 Days of Random Challenges to raise money for our local branch of Mind. 

I am doing this in honour of my friend, Louise, who was lost far too soon. Anyone who knew Louise would agree that she had a daft sense of humour, so I hope she'd appreciate me embarrassing myself on her behalf!

Now, more than ever, people who struggle with mental health need as much support as possible.
