LVMH Charity Cycle - London to Cognac · 5 September 2018
In September, I am taking part in the LVMH Cycle Challenge along with other Acqua di Parma colleagues to complete a 600km Cycle ride from London to Cognac (France). This will be the longest distance I have done so far. Our planning is as follows:
Day 1: London to Portsmouth (147km)
Day 2: St Malo to Redon (140km)
Day 3: Redon to La Roche-sur-Yon (153km)
Day 4: La Roche-sur-Yon to Cognac, Hennessy (174km)
At this point hopefully we can celebrate with some Cognac tasting!
Our objective behind this huge challenge is to raise a maximum of funds for a very worthwhile cause, Look Good Feel Better.
Thank you for your kind donations & wish me luck!
Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) is the only cancer support charity providing free support for women and teenagers struggling with the visible side effects of cancer treatment. We run confidence boosting skincare and make-up Workshops/Masterclasses across the UK for women of any age, undergoing treatment for any type of cancer. We're dedicated to improving their wellbeing and self-esteem, and many beneficiaries feel LGFB helped them gain a sense of control and normality at a time when diagnosis and treatment had taken over their lives.
