Suicide is the single biggest killer of men aged 20-45 in the UK. Unfortunately it is something that has affected me personally, along with many others.

I met Rishi and his twin Josh when we were all so little I don't actually remember our age. Until we went on to college I saw them nearly everyday, whether it was at school, on a Sunday at drama club, our mums having a coffee, or even working together - and as we got older there was the odd Saturday night at the pub too!

As we went on our differents paths to college and university, of course we didn't speak everyday like we did but it's true that, real best friends don't need to talk everyday, you just pick up where you left off, and that was what we always did.

Rishi was the most kind, caring, loving, outgoing, creative, positive, exuberant, talented, genuine, hilarious person you could have wished to meet and honestly the list goes on.

Which is why it was so unreal and hard to cope with when I was told he had passed away. It's not something I will ever get over and I think about him and love him every single day. 

I want the statistic to change.
