Alice House Hospice exists to ensure people affected by a life limiting illness or the death of a loved one have the care, comfort and support they need. As the only adult Hospice in Hartlepool & East Durham, our services make a difference to the lives of thousands of families each year.

Story

I am a long standing season ticket holder at Hartlepool United Football Club

This page has been created to allow supporters to join together to record their dissatisfaction with the current approach and actions of our club’s owners.

The club’s owners would call us customers, but lately they haven’t treated their customers with the respect that any successful business should. There has been little investment in the team and from the outside it looks like the club is being run down. I am sure many of us feel this way.

I planned to go to the home game against Sheffield United this Tuesday 7th October, but feel like the club needs to realise that they can’t assume they will get our money. To help them understand this I am boycotting the game and donating the ticket money to a good cause and am asking fellow fans to join me.

By acting together we can send this message to the club – if they want our continued support and money then they must support and invest in the team and be more open about the club’s finances and where they see our future lies.

I hope you feel able to support the charity I have chosen. If not, you could create a donation page yourself then click on the team link below and join me.
