On 26th of September 2018 my great friend and running partner Craig Cambridge tragically passed away leaving behind his loving wife and beautiful 2 year old son.  Last year, Craig and I ran the MK half marathon together (he beat me).  This year, I will be running the MK marathon in memory of Craig on    Monday the 6th of May (the full 26.2 miles).  Craig died completely out of the blue without any warning signs of which was later confirmed as SADS.  Due to this, I am supporting the British Heart Foundation who lead research in this area. In addition, I will be supporting Harry’s Rainbow who have helped support Craig’s family through this impossibly painful time.
