After spending the last quarter of 2011 in and out of Birmingham Children's Hospital it is now time to give a little back. 

I will be running the Great Birmingham Run in October, not Everest or the South Pole.......YET, but it's a start!  My aim is to raise £100 per mile so I ask you to find a few coppers and help me try and raise my goal.

As I will be runnning for the Children's Hospital, all of the money that I raise will go directly to Ward 1, Childrens Urology, where we experienced the most amazing care and compassion last year.
