Well that's my first day done, it was not the best of starts, got into Penzance 22.00 last night, went straight to the campsite at heatmore, then put my tent up, it rained from arrival until 1530 hrs today, I got up at 06.00 rode 11 miles to Penzance, then had the photo next to the post, then rode back to Penzance a few miles towards Marazion, the chain broke walked back to Penzance halfords, had a new chain and sprocket fitted, then I headed up country, when I was having a brew stop some Ambulance driver said to me, don't go to St Austell via Truro take the old 303, I ended up 3 miles from Newquay, I was livid, but I just cracked on and arrived here at the YHA Golant, at 18.35, in the book it said the YH is 3 miles off route more like 5, I am truely bolloxed, but I shall get my head down and give you an update tomorrow, ps don't start correcting my grammar, you sad-does, I'm doing this on my iPhone, and I'm very very very tired, I would like to thank everyone for there generosity, please ensure you cut and paste my link to your pages, Pinky Floyd , 1/14 done tomorrow is a night mare I'm trying to do the route in end to end by Nick Mitchell , 80 + miles today 55 tomorrow as it's all up hill through prince town, that reminds me back in 1988 I went tabbing and camping in prince town with Hoppy & Grizz, they thought it funny to stop the car, asked me to get out to check the wheel then drove off leaving me ! 8 hr
