Hi All.  Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving Page.  In October I will be endeavoring on a trek through Cambodia to raise money for Mental Health UK/Mindwise NI.  This is a cause close to home.  We are all affect by mental health.  In Northern Ireland, Mindwise supports 6000 adults living with mental illness including 3500 through the criminal justice system, 125 in project for young people and 1370 through advocacy services.  Suicide rates in Northern ireland have increased by 14% since 2014. This walk is in memory of my Father in Law Jinksy and all those affect by this.  Lets tackle this together and broadcast the believe it good to talk.
