Hello!

I’m raising money for Multiple Sclerosis Society .  I am running  this year with one of my sons, Chris who will be celebrating his  20th birthday by running the 13.1 miles to South Shields!  We are also doing two of the 1 mile Epic lake swims on 22 June in Derwent water and 17 August in Coniston Water.

Please help me to support the amazing work they do as this condition affects  many thousands of people worldwide including my wife, Angela.
