We are taking part in a 4 day cycle challenge, riding 270 miles from Ypres in Belgium to Northampton to remember the troops homecoming after the First World War.

We are taking part in the event, with over 40 other cyclists, to raise money for the Hope Centre in Northampton.  The centre is a local charity that supports those living in severe poverty, the most extreme for of which is homelessness.  The Hope Centre helps people experiencing the most acute problems of disadvantage, exclusion and marginalisation.  As well as giving practical support they focus on helping people to help themselves and provide support and services that will enable individuals to take back control of their lives.

All of the money we raise will go to the Hope Centre to help them to continue their work locally, providing a valuable service for those in extreme need.

As well as the four days we have committed to the ride in September this challenge has also meant many hours of practice in the saddle too and we hope that you will support us and our challenge.
