Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  The reason I am supporting Cry in the Dark is because it was set up nearly twenty years ago by a group of inspirational people who had heard that there were no facilities available in Romania to look after severely disabled children or those with serious illnesses that required palliative care.  Casa Lumina (House of Light) was opened in 2000 and 24 children moved in to their new ‘home-for-life’.  Their charity work continues and their vision is to reach out to children and young people of any race, creed or faith who are marginalised by poverty, sickness or disability.
