My Dad Steve was a loving husband, dad, brother, uncle and friend to so many. He sadly lost his life by suicide on the 4th June 2020. In the uk Men are  3 times more likely to die from suicide than women. Mental health is still such a taboo subject for people especially men, we as a family are campaigning to raise awareness and to raise money for men In need of mental health help our chosen charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) provides help and support for men we want to make it easier for everyone especially men to express their thoughts and feelings openly and truthfully with no judgement.
