Woking & Sam Beare Hospice is a charity that delivers specialist palliative care to adult patients of all ages who have life-limiting and terminal illnesses in the North West Surrey region, providing free of charge holistic care and support services both in our hospice and in homes.

Story

Hi There, I am going to be Cycling the RideLondon-Surrey 100 cycle ride on Sunday August 4th 2013 to raise money for the Woking Hospice.

RideLondon-Surrey 100 will start in the new Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follow a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside. With leg-testing climbs and a route made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics. It will finish on The Mall in central London, shortly before 150 professional cyclists race in the inaugural Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic on a similar route. For more info see http://www.prudentialridelondon.co.uk/

My Grandad passed away in the loving care of the hospice a few years ago and talking to friends most of them have had relatives stay at the hospice or know somebody that has.

To support the organisation that gives so much to so many, I am raising money and I am asking you to help by making a contribution.

With your generous support, we will help provide much needed support for the hospice and ensure that future families receive the gift of the hospice in their lives when they need it the most.

Thanks for your generous and kind support!
