I heard about PACT for Autism through my wife who works with Wendy Merry. I attended the Geoff Evans Autism talk in Bishops Stortford and even though I have no involvement with autism I found the talk inspirational and uplifting. I now would like to raise funds to help families affected by autism especially in Harlow where I was brought up. I have decided to raise funds for both Accuro and PACT as they work closely together to provide services which make a huge difference to local families affected by autism and other disabilities.

I have been on a big fitness journey in the last 18 months, and have been competing in half marathons and olympic distance triathlons culminating in my biggest challenge to date...the half iron man event on the 17th June 2012.

The UK half iron man event involves a 1.2 mile cold lake swim, a back breaking 56 mile bike ride and a gruelling half marathon around Exmoor.
