Smile Train is the world’s largest cleft charity, sponsoring 2M+ cleft surgeries since 1999. Our success owes to our sustainable model of training, funding, and equipping local medical teams to provide comprehensive cleft care that’s always there for their neighbours in need.

Story

When I was born I had a cleft lip. I was lucky enough to have an operation at Great Ormond Street to fix it whilst I was still a baby. Most people don't even know I had it, but not all kids get the operation they need. Lots of kids go through their lives without the simple operation that would transform their lives. It must make them sad and it's easy to fix so I am helping them. £150 can give a kid an operation that will change their life forever.

To help a kid I'm doing a Quadrathlon. I'm riding my bike 8km from Goring to Wallingford, swimming 500m in the pool at Wallingford, paddling a canoe 5km down the Thames to South Stoke and then running 3km home.

Please sponsor my Quadrathlon and help some kids have a better life.
