Mar   - Liverpool Half Marathon - 13.2 miles (1 hour 42 mins) - COMPLETE

May  - Chicago Chase Challenge - 5km sprint race - (22 Mins 43 secs) COMPLETE

May  - Playing Charity fundraising gig - SWAN Stewkley - COMPLETE

Jun   - St Albans Half Marathon - (1:35:33) COMPLETE

Jun   - Great Wall China Challenge - 4 Marathons 4 days - 105mile COMPLETE

Jul   - Leighton Buzzard Duathlon - COMPLETE

Jul    - London Triathlon - COMPLETE

Aug  - Italy Mountain Paraglide - COMPLETE

Sept - The Wolf Run - 10k extreme obstacle mud run - COMPLETE

Sep  - Dorney Lake Olympic Triathlon - 1500m swim / 40k bike / 10k run - COMPLETE

Oct  - Nottingham Survival of the Fittest - 12km assualt course race (1hr 15 mins) - COMPLETE

 

These are all subject to change due to work commitments, fitness, injury, weather......but the aim is 12.
