The journey returning from both my prostate cancer,
and losing my father to stomach cancer, last year has been long, not least mentally during challenging times for all.

Fortunately I’m very grateful to have very recently received a letter from my consultant with the words ‘I am pleased to say he has made a full and uneventful recovery’.

However, in a moment of madness, to say thank you to the charities who helped me along the way (particularly CHAPS without whom I would not have known I even had cancer), I’ve started a virtual triathlon from London to Paris (including the swim!) over the winter months.
