We Use the Power of Bicycles to mobilise those challenged by distance

Story

So those of you that know me well, know I like my cycling, so I’ve decided to put myself through the sport’s ultimate UK endurance test - to ride from one end to the other.

That’s 1000 miles in just 9 days! I know, i’m an idiot!

To help motivate me to climb over those mountains, battle through the wind & rain and sleep in a tent for 9 nights, I’m raising money for the fantastic World Bicycle Relief and I’d really love your support...

In the developing world, walking is the primary mode of transportation for many people. Everyday tasks can quickly become a struggle against time, fatigue and the threat of danger. Going to school, visiting the health clinic, and delivering goods can often be impossible because of the barrier of distance.

WBR builds and distributes specially-designed, rugged bicycles to overcome this barrier. Their ‘Buffalo Bikes’ can be built for just £95, so if I hit my target - that’s 5 new bikes made and 5 lives you’ll be changing!

All of the money raised will be going directly to World Bicycle Relief - Check out some of their inspiring stores here: https://worldbicyclerelief.org/en/overcoming-challenges-malawi/

Thanks for your support.
