Hi! So many of you will be thinking this is so random and out the blue and stupid but I was thinking the other day I really want to do something to make a difference. We all know someone that has been through the life changing experience of having breast cancer and whilst following the journey and experience a good friends wife has been through these last few years I have decided to do a little something to try and raise some money for her chosen charity.

So I am looking for donations to go towards Metavivor Research And Support Inc. Metastatic Cancer is a form of stage 4 Breast cancer. 

METAvivor is the only organization in the US that exclusively funds MBC research through a scientific peer-review process. We award research grants to individuals with a clinical or other doctoral degree who are actively engaged in areas of metastatic breast cancer research, and whose proposals show distinct promise in making a difference for the stage 4 breast cancer community.

If any of you know me at all you know that I have never had my head shaved! (Maybe one time in my life when I was 16 in America) So I will be shaving my head in support of all the brave women and men that go through the battle of fighting cancer and can lose their hair in the process.

I will be doing it on Saturday 31st August so that gives you 2 months (and 2 pay days ;-p) to be able to donate what you can. Every little helps! And it will be going to a good cause.
