Dear Friends
This year my birthday 21/5/2020 is a slightly different occasion and I have felt challenged to think about the well being of all my family, friends and work colleagues. Doing exercise and appreciating people has been a great way to improve mental health. I also want to raise awareness of looking out for others whether they may be feeling great in lockdown or feeling sad or anxious.
We are in this together !
So on Saturday 23/5/2020 we aim to walk 20 miles to raise money for the mental health charity MIND.
Not that you would have bought me a card anyway ! But if you fancied giving a birthday donation for my birthday on Thursday 21st May, I would be most grateful.
Keep doing those kind things for others. It makes us feel better to think of others.
