Earlier this year,  the husband of the girl I grew up living next door to for over 20 years was tragically killed in a road accident. Jayne met her husband Aidan whilst caring for his terminally ill sister while working at the hospice, where she still works today. Mary Ann Evans Hospice have now been incredibly supportive to Jayne and her family in her time of need.  Allowing  her all the time she needs to be ready to return to work, caring once again for others, who are sadly about to experience what she has just gone through. I will now be running in memory of her amazing husband Aidan to support this great charity.
