First of all, let's put it on the record - Mike Paduano was a Bloody Good Bloke.  And delightfully grumbly.

He was a great husband, father and friend.  He served his community in many ways.  He was a teacher (he probably grumbled about that); he was a Scout leader (he certainly grumbled about that);  he was always there when you needed him (and on these occasions, he didn't grumble.  At least not until afterwards).

He was good at all of those things and more.  We all miss him.

Mike was a delightful man who, in his memory, would have wanted nothing more than you put your money where it matters.
