We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some people know, 2014 has been a life changing year for me. On January 1st i made the concious decision to lose weight and get fit. I smashed those 2 personal challenges i set myself so thought i'd try and give something back in 2015.

I'm planning to walk the 100Km (around 62 miles) from London to Brighton (cross country) in under 30 hours to raise money for Cancer Research. It also goes along with my healthy lifestyle i've chosen but i consider this will be an enormous personal challenge.

I've chosen this charity as its close to my heart, and lets face it we all know someone who's either struggled or is struggling with Cancer so every penny helps to one day find a cure.

This is no quick walk in the park, i get the feeling this will be the hardest physical thing i've pit my body through and the training has already started !

21/07/15 - I completed the Challenge in 27hrs 1 minute and vowed never again. This broken feeling lasted less than a week

I have now signed up to the 100km Thames Path Challenge on The 12/13th September 2015. I have self funded this time so won't be hounding people to make a donation on here.

I have kept this Just Giving page open so that people who have asked if they can Sponsor me for the Thames Path can do. 100% of donations received will go straight to Cancer Research as I'm paying to enter the challenge personally.
