Monklands Women’s Aid provides a confidential responsive service that gives information, support and temporary accommodation to women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. Monklands Women's Aid is inclusive of all protected characteristics: age, race, gender identity, and religion.

Monklands Womens Aid is a local charity who are scrimping and saving for funds to sustain the services they offer for women and children suffering from domestic abuse.

Over the last 10 years they have helped over 5,000 women and children deal with the trauma of domestic violence/abuse.  This includes refuge and therapeutic supports.
