On 29th Feb 2020 i will be participating in a White Collar Boxing Event in Preston. 

I am doing this to raise awareness and funds that will hopefully assist those who are struggling with mental health issues.

As a Military Veteran who has spent time dealing with my own mental health illness and also witnessing first hand the effect it has on those who have a diagnosis or worse still has had their lives taken by a mental health illness this sits close to my heart.

I am asking you firstly to raise awareness and secondly to donate but only if you can afford it.
