Here we go walk number 5! I never envisaged that 5 years ago when we set off on our walk up Snowdon that we would be here five years later after attempting four years of challenges. Dad would be really proud of all who have taken part and donated, and that more importantly great friends and family get together each year to do something positive that helps others.

This years walk see’s us travel back to the Shropshire Hills for a very different walk this year, if last year was a 20 mile ramble in the countryside then this certainly won’t be we plan to take on the best that the area has to throw at us, Caer Caradog, the Lawley and the Ragleth as well as the long mynd itself. With a trek stretching again nearly 20 miles all our walkers will be breathing deeply in the memory of loved ones and for a fantastic charity.

Over the past few years I hope this walk has grown from being a walk in memory of my Dad John to a walk where any one can come walk with us to remember someone they loved and miss. With numbers growing every year all are welcome and if you would like to walk please email me at steve@sempar.co.uk.
