Hi I'm running 3 main events this year raising money for Alder Hey Childrens hospital.1st is Liverpool half marathon on 29th March.2nd is the main one Liverpool Marathon June 14th.ive ran halfs before but always wanted to run a full marathon so it's time for me to achieve a dream.3rd event is the great north run on 13th September.

Midway through my training and my friend Bren Rowleys son Cameron has just been diagnosed with Desmoplastic small round cell tumour (DSRCT) it's a very rare cancer that affects 2-3 people per 500,000 people in the world.

His condition was so severe that chemotherapy treatment has been started immediately.Cameron has begun his 1st session of chemotherapy I'm only running a few miles this brave kid is fighting this awful disease.

I will now be running the marathon and north run in support of Cameron and his family and am asking everyone I know to please donate and help Alder Hey out. Thoughts and prayers with Cameron and his family.  

Alder hey is a superb charity that my friends and family has used before and having raised for them before its a pleasure to have the opportunity to do it again.Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
