The Challenge: 

The Samworth Charity Challenge is a 9 hour endurance adventure race comprising 4 section - running, kayaking, cycling and assault course.

It takes place every 2 years and in 2013, there were 80 teams competing.  The first challenge took place in 2007 and to date, the combined amounts raised for various nominated charities has been over £1 million. 

This year's Challenge will be taking place in North Wales and Lake Vrynwy.



About the charity

Ronald McDonald House Glasgow provides a warm, welcoming, cost-free ‘home away from home’ for families with seriously ill children in hospital, keeping families together when it matters most. As a small independent Scottish charity, we rely entirely on fundraising & donations to keep our doors open.
