Story
HI guys
I was so lucky to have met Tessa a few times and help her campaign. She was larger than life and more ebullient than you could imagine.
I'm honoured to try and help her amazing foundation, I am running a series of events for them and I'm super excited my first ever marathon will be the next event where I get fundraise for Tessa.
I'm amazed the marathon is actually going ahead so i get to do it, the training is not in vain!! Please help me get the next stage of my fundraising efforts
The Tessa Jowell Foundation exists to provide the resources, collaboration and leadership to deliver Baroness Tessa Jowell’s career defining public health legacies, starting with the national strategy to transform the treatment and care of brain cancer patients throughout the NHS. They will use Tessa’s vision and passion to inspire a new era of excellence in brain cancer treatment and care.
I was fortunate to meet and camapign with Tessa her drive, warmth and determination to improve everything she worked on has inspired me to help her work continue. So i am taking on a series of events to help raise much needed funds. Its an honour to be the first, if not one of the first, people to help the foundation.
