In October I'm off to Vietnam and Cambodia to cycle 600Km in aid of The East Anglian Air Ambulance. Like similar services around the UK they can offer the difference between life and death. Full recovery is greatly increased if medical care is given with the first hour however they receive no government or National lottery funding and are entirely reliant on the generosity and support of the public. It costs £3 million pounds a year to run the EAAA so lets dig deep. They need your help today. You may need them tomorrow.
