10 years ago my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease as well as Lewy Body Dementia some years later.  Sadly in april this year I lost my dad as a result of his conditions which he fought courageously to the very end.

On the 9th of august this year I will be doing a 52 mile cycle around Stirling on behalf of Parkinson's UK.  A charity that helps those affected but sadly does not receive as much exposure as others.
