I chose this charity following a conversation with a friend, Amanda, from our run club who had hosted an 'experience' day at the zoo for a young child living with cancer.  Having three children, it just struck me as being so unfair.  Our children should only have to be excited and look forward to the life that they have ahead of them.  

The least i can do is run a few miles and try and raise some money to make their lives a little more enjoyable. 

Children with Cancer UK actively raise and invest money for vital specialist research to save the lives of every child with cancer and keep their family together. Their vision is a world where every child diagnosed with cancer gets to ring their end of cancer treatment bell.
