Hi Everyone!!
Please help me raise as much money as possible for the most amazing cause.
CHIPS is a special charity for Vicky and I, our eldest son Freddie is Autistic and attends fortnightly on a Saturday and also a few weeks in the school holidays.
CHIPS helps children with additional needs and their families. It gives Freddie a safe, fun and exciting environment to play. The fact CHIPS accommodates siblings too means that he gets to take his brother Harry as well and they have the best time. CHIPS believe all children should play together regardless of their needs.
This playscheme gives the family a little break, Vicky and I have found the charity to be such a great help. Some of the helpers there are also young volunteers, Vicky's daughter Libby has spent many an afternoon giving up her time to help at the charity.
I am no marathon runner, well to be honest a month ago I couldn't run 1k let alone 5 x 10k races in 6 weeks!!!
After a recent trip to the hospital and an emergency operation, I've decided it's time to focus on becoming healthier and what other motivation is there than raising money for a charity that benefits your children. My partner Lois and a few friends are joining me for some races.
Let's get donating!!
I am also having a few sponsors on my t-shirt, so if you know of any companies willing to support me and want their logo displayed on my t-shirt in these races, contact me asap.
In case anyone wants to join me or come along to support the races. They are as follows:
May 7th Regent's Park 10k
May 14th Hertford 10k
May 29th Hatfield broadoak 10k
June 4th Regent's Park 10k
June 18th Hatfield Forest 10k
Thank you all for your love and support. Please share with any friends and family.
