Abseiling 100 feet down the Women's Centre at the JR will be the biggest personal challenge I have attempted in my life- not to mention the most dangerous!! Please donate generously- it will make the challenge really worth the risk!

The Abseil is taking place on Sunday 22nd April from 11am -12 noon. Supporters (and G & T's, for afterwards) are welcome, no hecklers!!

IMPS is a great programme which informs children (year 6) in an interactive way, about keeping themsleves safe and provides them with skills to help others in an emergency situation.
