Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As I cross over to next decade(s) of my life, my wish is to give back to society and do my bit of social responsibility - a purpose that I can strive towards

This year I have taken my first small steps towards this future goal. I have offered my services in an advisory capacity to an India based non-profit organisation (NGO) called SmallChange.ngo (SC).

SC is currently doing an excellent job bringing together verified NGOs across India supporting various causes on a single fundraising platform. For 2017, on occasion of my 40th birthday, I have chosen to fundraise for Calcutta Rescue, who are one of the listed NGOs on SC, which describes what they do: "Healthcare saves lives, education transforms them - and Calcutta Rescue do both."  The recent campaigns include immunization of slum kids, street clinics and providing nutrition to hungry and sick.

I also want to offer my gratitude to my parents for giving me this life that led to having all of you - my wonderful family, friends and professional colleagues around me.

Also special thanks to my wife for supporting me in every high and low with full heart over the past years of our married life.
