Mental Health services are hugely, uncomfortably underfunded. It's a fact. SHINE is an NHS charity who helps support services that need it the most!

Palmer's Community Hospital in Jarrow provide a valuable and quite frankly necessary service for those suffering with Mental Illness. A service which I have used for the last 2 years now and undoubtedly would not be here without it. 

So, with the usual dip not going ahead, I decided to do it anyways and give back to the services and team that have kept me going!
