I am a huge animal lover.  I have a rescue dog Ruby and over the years have rescued other animals so it is a cause very close to my heart. 

I have decided to run a half marathon not because I am a natural runner, but because its a challenge and I feel running for the charity Four Paws is the least I can do to try to help animals all over the world be rescued to have a better quality of life.  

Four Paws do amazing charity work, including the care and compassion they have put in to helping the dogs in war torn Ukraine - if we all do our bit, hopefully we can help as many animals as we can.
