Story

We are taking part in our first ever triathlon on Sunday 8th May in memory of our beautiful friend Rhona Mcgillivray who bravely fought MS for over 10 years.   During this time we shared many fun and happy moments with her and we admired her bravery and strength of character she had throughout her illness. Sadly on January 5th this year Rhonas brave fight came to an end.

We decided to get off our backsides and try and raise funds for The Haven who provided valuable care and support for Rhona and her family.

We have been training for many weeks and hope our bodies hold out on the day.

Please help us raise as much as we can for this fantastic charity.
