Story
In 2018, our younger son Zachary was diagnosed with congenital Nystagmus, which affects his ability to see properly, recognise faces and perceive depth and impacts on his day-to-day life.
He is remarkably resilient and having had it since birth remarks that "there's nothing wrong with my eyes Daddy!" He overcomes this obstacle and is very active, loving football in particular.
At present there's no treatment for Nystagmus, and we would love to see that change in the future. The Nystagmus Network funds ongoing research so we're running the Royal Parks together* to raise funds to support this work.
We'd love for you to sponsor us and maybe even come and cheer us on!
*We're not actually running together together as our pacing is somewhat different and would more likely end in marital strife than harmony ;-)
