This year I want to be fit and fabulous at forty!

I am running the Bath Half again, amazingly the London Marathon and I have a few ultras lined up too. I will be running Ham to Lyme (31 miles) again and I will be having another crack at a 50 miler! It will be Team Blunt too as Tom wants to do some children's races and add to his medal collection!

We are raising money for Time is Precious and I am so proud that Team Blunt is part of Team TIP. Time is Precious is a fantastic local charity which provides support and resources for the play departments in four local hospitals- the Ryal United Hospital in Bath, Bristol's Frenchay Hospital, Bristol's Children's Hospital and Yeovil Hospital.

'Time is Precious was set up to support not just those children who, because of illness or disability, find themselves in hospital for treatment but their families who want to be with them because time is just that, precious.'

'Hospitals school's, play and physiotherapy departments often need extra funding for resources and equipment as hospital budgets are limited.The charity aims to aid the departments by raising monies to purchase equipment for the children's and families use during their time in the hospitals.'
