Outlaw Triathlon 2017 · 23 July 2017 ·

Sport in Mind is the UK charity that uses sport and physical activity to transform the lives of people experiencing mental health problems.

Story

On July 23rd, friends Susie, Liz and Lee are attempting the Outlaw Triathlon (Ironman distance) in Nottingham. This 'little day out' comprises of a:

2.4 mile open water swim
112 mile cycle
26.2 mile run
Oh and we have to get it all done in 17 hours (not over 3 days like my Mum always thought!)

We are raising money for 'Sport in Mind'. This is a fantastic, local charity that recognises the significant role that physical activity and sport plays in mental wellness and in so doing, offers a wide range of free sessions to people experiencing mental health problems, including those receiving treatment at Prospect Park hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to read our page, and we hope you like the photos!

With much love and big thanks in anticipation,

Susie, Liz and Lee xx
