My sister came up with a great idea to raise money and get fit at the same time lets do the Bucket and Spade Cycle she said!!! Cycling from Southport To Blackpool and back again in one day!!! How hard can it be? ............................. now I know the extent of the challenge, its going to be tough.

We are raising money for the Jospice in Thornton who took such good care of Angela's Father in Law during his last weeks.

We are training hard and are steadily upping our miles each week. We have 7 weeks training left until the big day.
