Suzanne's page - running the London Marathon for The NSPCC

London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·
I can't quite believe it but I'm running the London Marathon 2018!
It started with a few gentle runs in September to improve my fitness and I quickly caught the running bug! Once I had a couple of 10ks under my belt I started to believe a marathon might just be within my reach. It's only like running a 10km a bit more than four times in a row after all.....!
I'm so proud to be running to raise money for the NSPCC. This is a charity that works tirelessly to end child abuse. It's a charity that touches my heart every time I see an ad on TV, it sickens me to my core what some children have to endure. So a charity that works to prevent child abuse and support children that have been abused through services like Childline is more than worth pounding the pavements for.
My target is £2200 and I would be so grateful for anything that you can spare please to help support this important charity. Take a look at what NSPCC stands for and their recent campaigns here: https://www.nspcc.org.uk/
