Unfortunately  Suzie lost her brave 7 year battle with breast cancer and so in her memory,  Jake and I have decided to set up this donation page,  to raise money for the Willow Foundation, a charity that really did brighten our lives during a very dark time.

The Willow Foundation provides funding for young cancer fighters to go and have the special day of their dreams. In Sue's case , she'd always wanted to stay in a Lighthouse.  The weekend we spent at West Usk Lighthouse back in 2012 came at a time when we were struggling with the stress of  deciding the best breast reconstruction option and provided us with a chance to relax and forget about it all.  A picture of the lighthouse has stood on our telephone table ever since and we are extremely grateful to the Willow Foundation  for  what they did for us.

I hope you can find a pound or two in your pocket to donate to this fantastic charity that really does provide a bit of happiness to people going through some tough times.
