Breakthrough support disabled people to get the most from life.
240 disabled adults currently access holistic, face-to-face, regular projects:
Manchester Community Connecting This project supports isolated disabled people to identify community groups and leisure activities of interest to them and get to/from them independently.
Greater Manchester Pathways to Independent Living and Employability Weekly training courses in accessible community venues
Manchester Employment Support
