I will be running the Manchester 10k on 22nd May. I am supporting my favourite small charity Sam’s Gift. I I know times are challenging for everyone but I implore you to please spare a thought for families with young adults facing cancer. .Please take the time to read the wonderful work the Nicholls family from Bury do to keep Sam’s memory alive and help young people facing cancer battles.
